Due to the need to reset rooms for following customers, the management reserve the right to refuse full game time to groups who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their allocated start time. Groups may be permitted to play with shortened game time at discretion of the management.
There are no age restrictions on playing an escape room however, we do ask that there is at least 1 playing adult per group of under 16s.
If you wish to cancel your booking then please let us know. We require a minimum of 7 days notice for a full refund. If you would like to rearrange your booking instead then please get in touch. Bookings cannot be rearranged with fewer than 24 hours notice.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel one or more bookings due to unforeseen circumstances then we endeavour to let all customers know as soon as possible. Full refunds or alternative dates will be offered.
The management reserve the right to prevent individuals or entire teams from playing if individuals are deemed to be intoxicated. The safety of our customers is important to us.
By booking with us, you consent to all terms and conditions and agree that the management and/or game hosts will have the final say on all matters regarding each game.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check that the date/time of their booking is correct before making payment as any changes may not be possible once a booking has been paid for.
Upon completion of booking, all customers will receive a confirmation email containing the date and time of the booked game(s).
It is the responsibility of the customer to check that these details are correct and to alert Adventure Vault immediately if any errors are found.
Groups who miss their game slot due to not checking booking confirmation emails cannot rearrange their booking and no refunds will be given.
Please note that as we are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of our building we regret at our games are not wheelchair accessible. Access to the games is via a staircase.
